14 The 10th Malaysian Plan, the Ministry of Education (MOE) via its 5th Minister’s Key Result Area (MKRA) aims to increase the number of vocational and skilled students by 100% by 2015. Transform the TVET sector in making it a mainstream option and more appealing to the pool of potential students and school leavers. Restructuring and transforming the management of TVET in the country in order to widen opportunities for vocational education especially for school dropouts and the curriculum so that it is relevant to the national and international job markets. Ensure maximum participation in TVET among all the stakeholders
