 We are continuing to work on subject-verb agreement this week, as well as irregular verbs.
 Spelling words (Thanksgiving) were sent home today. We will have a test on Friday. EXTRA CREDIT homework is on canvas this week!! Please see instruction sheet with words sent home today!
 We are also using correct punctuation, capitalization, and grammar to write complete and correct sentences daily.
 We are beginning a unit on Weather and Climate. We will learn about climate around the world, weather terms and disasters, as well as the water cycle.
 Forces and Motion unit tests were sent home today!!
 If you were unable to meet with me on the night of the Parent Teacher conferences, I will also be available until 4pm Monday the 14th, Wednesday the 16th, and Thursday the 17th, if you would like to meet!

 We are finishing our Geography unit this week. We are reading maps using a map key/legend, compass rose, and a map scale. We are also learning about different types of maps and the information they show. We will have the unit test Monday the 21st, but we will complete the study guide this Monday the 14th.
 No Homework in Social Studies this week—just study the study guide!
