The Experience of jobseekers participation in labour market measures

2. What did we learn?
Vocational training is important for Start-up companies new jobs, both for participants and the company and encourages new advantages for the society.
It is important to follow up and mentor the jobseekers along the way, it might take time and some money but it is worth it in the end.
Experience from Iceland: 70% of participants not registered unemployed three months after participation.

3. Positive experience
Workplace training is important to empower low-skilled and young jobseekers.
It´s a learning process and gives them an opportunity to learn about the world of work.
It motivates and offers future possibilities for them.
Participation enhances employability among job-seekers.

4. Negative experience for jobseekers might be:
Cheap labour.
Lack of information flow within companies
Not included.
Low motivation.
