3. Trouble with Audio? Audio was working and now it’s not?
Can’t hear or speak? Or is sound coming through the wrong speakers?
1. Leave the Audio portion of the meeting by clicking Audio at the bottom of the Participants Panel.
2. Use the Audio Setup Wizard that can be found under Audio in the menu bar.
3. Re-enter the audio portion of the meeting by clicking Call Using Computer.
Audio was working and now it’s not?
Still having audio problems? Please call WebEx support at You will need to give the support person the meeting number for the class. It will be found in the lower left corner of your screen.
Try leaving and re-entering the audio portion of the meeting only by clicking on "Audio" in the Participants tab, and then Leave Audio Conference and Call Using Computer. No need to go through the audio setup wizard this time.

Audio Button: If you are experiencing audio problems, you can press this button to try choosing leave the audio conference, and then choose to call using the computer
