Update an existing Calendar appointment 1. 2.
Just open the already existing Calendar appointment, open the GlobalMEet Tab and click “Show GlobalMEet Settings” – It’s that simple!
Important – No need to create a new appointment for your meeting!

1. The numbers will default to the US and you can change them to your local numbers and select save
2. You can launch the meeting settings from your tool bar allowing you to control many aspects of your settings

Under my profile you can update your details or change your online password

24. Under preferences you can choose which number to have GlobalMeet call you at- You can select up to 3 numbers

25. Under Audio settings you can select View and Manage and select which numbers to include on the invitation (this shortens the list in the GlobalMeet invite)

You can move the number for the one click - Just scroll down the list to find the number you wish to appear on the top and then move it up the list
Select the telephone no’s for the locations you conference with most frequently and these will be included on your invitation by default

27. If you want your invitations to be sent out stripped of the PGi logo and GLobalMeet logo select Use Plain Text Only
