What to do if your student is struggling in a class or with a teacher?
STEP 1: STUDENT Speak directly to the teacher Listen to what they have to say Follow through on their suggestions STEP 2: STUDENT & PARENT If problem hasn’t been solved after Step 1, parent may wish to contact teacher via phone or , and perhaps a meeting

How to be successful at AHS
Talk to your teachers. Utilize Support! Listen in class. Bring a daily planner to class and USE IT! Stay on top of grades & assignments through Aeries & teachers’ websites. Get involved at Agoura High School. Be an advocate for yourself! Make good choices. Log onto Naviance. Know that people are here to help.

Get Involved Over 90 clubs on campus
Some club categories include: cultural, sports, hobby, TV show, community service, academic, and fan clubs There is a club rush held on campus each semester A student can create any club they wish to see There are club meetings that take place almost every lunch, and students are always welcome to show up/join Most popular clubs include: Culinary Club, Key Club, Be Kind to One Another Club, Sports Debate, Heal the Bay, Jewish Student Union, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes
