What is the BCS? -The BCS, or the Bowl Championship Series, is an organization that manages the college football playoffs. -They directly oversee the 5 final bowl games of the season to “determine a champion”

So what’s the football problem?
-The only major sport (collegiate or professional) that decides its champion after ONE game, rather than a playoff system. -All in all, it’s just not fair.

Attendance Decline of more than 1%
-37,678,722 people attended a D1-A Football game this past season, for an average of 52,331 fans/game. -1,813,215 people attended one of the 35 bowl games this season, for an average of 51,806 fans/game Decline of more than 1%
