1 HOW MIGHT WE REDUCE FOOD LOSS AND WASTE?
During our inspiration phase with the challenge of "HOW MIGHT WE REDUCE FOOD LOSS AND WASTE? I started to create a research plan and questions guide then I conducted field research to smallholders 3, merchants of crops 3, and food and Agriculture offer. I immerse myself in the context of crops market and seek inspiration in analogous.

2 Theme: - Transport Insight:- Transport is one challenge contributing the loss and waste of food, because small farmers when they harvest their crops they fail to get the transport of their products into the warehouses, the results is to lost their food while being in the field.

3 Insight :- There are few cars that are used for food transportation from the farm to the warehouses, so the food is eaten by ants and other insects.

4 Theme:-Processing Insight :- Lack of industrial scale agro-processing is one challenge that contributing to the destruction of food, because many fruits produced by farmers are wasting for lack industrial scale agro-processing.

5 Insight :- Lack of knowledge of food processing is a one of factor that contributing to the existence of the food lost and waste, because many people do not know how to preserve food and as a result the food is wasting.

6 Insight :- No investors who invested in the area of food processing, so many crops such as mango fruits, tomatoes, oranges, pineapple are being decomposed while they are in the fields and markets.

7 Theme:- Retail and consumption
Insight :- No equipment to help prevent food waste crops before the marketplace, so many crops are destroyed during the sale, particularly fruit and vegetable products

8 HOW MIGHT WE QUESTIONS How Might We provide education of food processing to local community farmers? Insight :- During our discover phase we learned that lack of knowledge on food processing is a one of factor that contributing to the existence of the food lost and waste, because many people do not know how to preserve food and as a result the food is wasting.

9 How Might we enable farmers and suppliers of fruits to access small agro-processing industries to prevent food waste? Insight :- During our discover phase we learned that lack of industrial scale agro-processing is one challenge that contributing to the destruction of food, because many fruits produced by farmers are wasting for lack industrial scale agro-processing.

10 How Might we find investors of food processing to invest in local community to prevent food lost and waste? Insight :- During our discover phase we learned that No investors who invested in the area of food processing, so many crops such as mango fruits, tomatoes, oranges, pineapple are being decomposed while they are in the fields and markets.
