Boss Mobile Modules History:
In 1980 I created a new service company called Mobile Repair Systems. I had a battery powered AC 120V generator to operate an Automotive Diagnostic oscilloscope and tail-pipe gas analyzer. This also provided power to run a small air compressor to drive my air tools. I provided emission testing and emergency repairs to companies with Commercial Fleets. Imagine having to step up into a van or pickup every time you needed a tool? Do you think it might wear you out by the end of the day? Think about the inefficiency of working from a van or pick-up truck when every time you need to leave the site you have to pack it all back into the truck or chance that it might not be there when return. A Boss Module can be dropped on site and your workers can show up in their own vehicles yet still have everything they need to complete the job. When done they simply lock up the module and go home themselves. The module can be picked up later and spotted somewhere else for the next days work. Your truck remains a pick-up or van. I had a Motorola radio and radio phone for communications. I had no sanitation! Every time I needed a tool, or a part, I had to climb up into the truck to get it, causing extreme knee pain & soreness by the end of the day. Every time I needed to get a part, or use a rest room, or eat, I had to pack everything up which was very time consuming and non-productive. If I left the job site for any reason all the equipment left with me.

Boss Mobile Modules Hence!
A work center that can be left on-site while I went about my business. A work center that gave me a rest room and a place to wash my hands while on site. But, most importantly, a work center where the parts and tools I needed could be accessed from the outside without having to step up into a truck. If I had a “Boss Mobile Module” back in the 1980’s the business could have grown. As it was it failed because of inefficiencies surrounding the set-up and teardown of each site visit multiple times for various reasons, and the physical challenges of trying to operate out of a vehicle not made for site work. Boss Mobile Modules solves all those major problems!

The birth of a new idea is worthless without experience & knowledge!
Boss Mobile Modules The birth of a new idea is worthless without experience & knowledge! A little about myself! I am a certified ‘Master Mechanic’ I am a successful ‘Direct Salesman’ of high dollar Engineered products and was a District Sales Manager of a ‘Direct Sales Force’ in multiple major metropolitan areas including Houston. I know Capital Equipment Sales. If I had a “Boss Mobile Module” back in the 1980’s the business could have grown. As it was it failed because of inefficiencies surrounding the set-up and teardown of each site visit multiple times for various reasons, and the physical challenges of trying to operate out of a vehicle not made for site work. I am a successful business man that has been in business himself and who has run companies and who understands P&L. I know how to efficiently manufacture a product like this. I know CAD and I used my life experiences & skills sets to design this product myself!

Boss Mobile Modules Market possibilities
No one makes anything like the “Boss Module!” Currently, the only option available for the contractor is a pick-up truck, or small van to run his/her business from. Both options lack the ability for them to drop a work center on-site and leave. The “Boss Mobile Module” can be customized for “Contractor Specific” jobs. For Plumbers specialize pipe racks and fitting compartments can be installed. For Electricians cabling spool racks can be installed and part bins made. For dry-wallers, carpenters, and roofers a heavy duty trailer can be made to withstand the loads of palletized sheet rock, plywood, or roofing tile. For the architect the interior will be maximized to be used as a field office. The nearest comparable product is the Service Body style and it too must be loaded up to leave the job site, it has no AC power, and no sanitation. Materials are exposed to the weather. No trailer company builds a trailer with customizable outside accessible compartments much less one that has any amenities such as 120 VAC power inside and out, outside flood lights, heating & air conditioning, and a porta-potty.

How many carpenters, electricians, and plumbers are there in the US today? According to US Census Bureau 2015 for private industry alone, not including government workers and contractors: 427,270 Electricians 204,590 Carpenters What percentage of these sales are to contractors, utility companies, and field service companies? 283,390 Plumbers 915,250 Close to 500,000 commercial vans are sold each year in the US alone. Ford Econoline Sales 2015: 150,564 units sold GMC Sierra Sales 2015: ,372 units sold Mercedes Sprinter 2015: ,552 units sold

Boss Mobile Modules Market possibilities
9.7 Million Pick-ups were sold in the US in Many were sold to Contractors but many were sold to Commercial Fleets, Utility Companies, and the government. How many of those contractors or field service workers would prefer a Mobile Module in addition to a pick-up truck or van and finance both together? Of the millions of commercial vehicles sold each year how many could be potential sales for “Boss” add-on, too? If 1% of sales to field service people and independent contractors added a “Boss Module” to their sale each year it would represent well over 9,000 units per year. 30 units per month or 360 per year represents a million dollar a year company. 900 units per year, or 10% of 1% would represents a 75 million dollar a year company. What would be the best way to market the “Boss Mobile Module”? How many car dealerships would like to add the sale, and the consequent profits from the sale of a “Mobile Module” to their sale of a pick-up truck, or van? It complements both!

Since a “Boss Mobile Module” can be towed by either a ½ ton or bigger pick-up, cargo van, and some SUV’s, Auto Dealers make an excellent marketing partner! Auto Dealer’s know all the local contractor's and fleet users because they already sell to them! Auto/Truck dealers know all the local builders, contractors, and fleet buyers. They have a savvy and well trained & motivated sales force. They already have the foot traffic, the Internet traffic, and the Commercial Fleet buyers in their database. They have the financing and can package deals. How many car dealerships would like to add the sale, and the consequent profits from the sale of a “Mobile Module” to their sale of a pick-up truck, or van? It complements both! What about Architects and ground breakers? What if the job site had no electricity, no rest-rooms, or no lighting? How convenient would it be to have a Mobile Office on site with conveniences such as electricity, heating and AC, and sanitation? Architects and Field Service people need amenities more than storage. They need a Field Office with heating and air conditioning to work from. They need a toilet. They need a desk/work area, a laptop/computer, monitors, and communications. Having a generator to provide power for site illumination, for powering communication devices, and HVAC is an exclusive for “Boss Mobile Modules.” Trailers can be spec’d to any length allowed by law. “Boss Mobile Modules” can be designed to accommodate many different situations including the heat of desserts like Death Valley to the cold winters of Siberia, Russia. Kitchens, sleeping quarters, work spaces, and tool storage will be designed and quoted as needed upon request.

We now have a 24” version of “Boss Mobile Modules.” I am actively looking for backing to create 100 million dollar per year company. I have experience in the facilitation of building the 14” module already. My work background and experience for the past twenty years has been in Sales & Manufacturing of custom engineered products. This design is my own. It is based on real world products that I have experience with. This product has been designed for efficient build and assembly. All my market predictions are extremely conservative and come from government and industry sources.
