Does Amadeus All Fares Plus provide all the content that the travel agent needs?
Amadeus All Fares Plus gives access to the 500 airlines in our GDS and over 40 web-only distributed airlines.
We are constantly working to increase the content, and requests for extra content may be approved.
Is Amadeus All Fares Plus customisable by the end user?
It is a ready-to-use, integrated application in Amadeus Selling Platform that provides travel agents with relevant and aggregated content to overcome current challenges. Nevertheless, it can be customised in terms of content, as it can be connected to extra providers
Can bookings made on non-Amadeus fares, be cancelled or modified directly in Amadeus Selling Platform?
All bookings can be done seamlessly in Amadeus Selling Platform whichever the fare type selected. After booking of non-GDS fares the travel agent receives a confirmation from the provider website that will be integrated into the PNR. As for all ghost segments, post-booking changes must be done directly on the provider’s website and the travel agent has all the information needed to modify or cancel the booking.

Can the calendar view and the alternate airports be displayed at the same time?
No. However Amadeus All Fares Plus offers the competitive advantage of different displays for the search results. With the Calendar View, search results can be compared over a 3-day range to find the best date combination at the lowest fare for a given airport. Even more choice and flexibility is provided with the Alternate Airports option to offer the best deals for a given date to price-sensitive customers.
Can the travel agent process bookings according to passenger type codes?
Amadeus All Fares Plus supports all passenger type codes (military, government, handicapped, etc.)
