I will take attendance in the beginning of class. If you walk in late it is your responsibility to see me after class so you receive credit for attending the class.
Bring a thumb drive (USB memory drive) to class.

4. What To Expect Weekly In Class
Complete chapter project examples from class text book to learn weekly key concepts. One exception is week 2, where Ken’s example is also used. (Week 1-5)
Quiz (15 points) – 5 questions taken from matching/multiple choice questions from the class text. 1’st 10 min of class time. No make-ups. (Week 2-5)

You will be required to use Microsoft Excel 2010.
Note: A 180-day trial of Office 2010 comes with your textbook through the bookstore. This trial will expire at the end of the 180 days and cannot be renewed. (This course is 42 days long.)
If you would like a permanent copy there are several options. The Student version of Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel only) is available locally for around $100.
