5. Our 3 Teams We will achieve our mission through:
The Well-Being Team – help students feel safe and are happy and proud to be part of Castel View – Feel good Friday’s / anti bullying room etc.
The Community Team – helping Castle View work with the local community (primary schools, local business’s) – Beach clean / Random act of kindness
The TLBR (Teaching & Learning / Behaviour & Rewards) – Students are rewarded for positive behaviour and making right choices and looking at what a Castle View Student look like – Rewards day / themed days / Sports relief etc.

Student Panel – Teacher interviews (including Deputy Headteacher)
Question of the week – Student Voice on Random and topical questions
Helping students raise money for good causes
Student Panel for behaviour – Questioning peers on their school behaviour

8. Student Panels We are an active team.
For future appointments – Questioning staff
Questions will be based on the teachers role within school in which the panel will create their own questions.
For Behaviour – Questioning students in the presence of parents.
The panel will question students in the presence of their parents as to why their behaviour in not what the school expects.
For the voice of the school – Getting feedback on topical or random questions.
Questions can be based around national days or random depending on the school ethos at the time.
