Archaeology Archaeologist's around the world find lots of items everywhere and study them. First an archaeologist must find the exact area of where they want to dig. Then they must get approval from the owner of the land. To start digging they must take off layer by layer with small shovels to get down deeper. If they just stormed down, they would hit the artefacts And they might brake. When an Archaeologist finds something, they must take it to the lab for examination. They have to do this because some pots or other man made items might have stories or words on them. Some pottery like Vikings, had runes or their own writing on them. Many Viking runes told stories or told were other cities and where valuable items could be. Archaeology has helped the world discover more and more and at this moment Their digging and digging
