Sviatoslav Richter -Mar.20,1915~Aug.1,1997 -Soviet pianist -Great pianist of 20th century -Well known for the depth of his interpretations, virtuoso technique, and vast repertoire -Disliked the recording process, thus most of his recording originate from live performances -Grammy award in 1961 with Brahms piano concerto #2 (Erich Leinsdorf & Chicago Symphony Orchestra) -Rachmanov, Bach, Haydn, Beethoven, Schumann, Schubert, Prokofiev, Scriabin, Brahms, Mozart, Chopin Tchaikovsky, and many more
