Service Provision listen – create – provide 13 tenancies with support – including difficult to house tenants. Supported café – training and employment. Emergency 24 hour housing provision for Dorset County Council. Support packages – clients with a range of mental health needs – including people reluctant to engage and/or high risk. Support to other groups – learning disability, Aspergers Syndrome, Acquired Brain Injury, early onset Dementia, older people needing care to remain at home. Strong focus on Direct Payments.

Future Provision – Mental Health
listen – create – provide Hub – centre for access to range of services. Peer support services. Advocacy services. Mobile outreach service for younger people reluctant to engage. Aspergers support service. Housing services including provision of housing. Floating support using Recovery and Outreach models for people with complex needs who are difficult to engage. Stress resilience training – children and young people, adults and organisations, including Mindfulness and CBT.

Future Provision - Dementia
listen – create – provide Small scale activities/respite centre for younger people with dementia. Mobile outreach service to people with dementia in rural areas and/or those reluctant to engage. 24 hour sitting service. Carers support service. Dementia awareness training – carers/families, schools/colleges. Partnership working and making use of existing resources.
