Donor Relations: The comprehensive effort to ensure that philanthropic donors experience high-quality interactions, that foster long- term engagement and investment. Front Line Fundraising: The comprehensive effort to identify, engage, and encourage individuals to invest their time, talent, or treasure into an institution. Authentic Stewardship: The dynamic outcome when donor relations staff and front line fundraisers directly collaborate to create a unique, personal strategy that includes a spectrum of opportunities, to engage and retain a philanthropic donor.
