STEP 1 Imagine that from June through November, your group has to organise at least 4 activities (of your activity group – e.g. sports)

(30 MINUTES FOR THE TASK):
STEP 2 (30 MINUTES FOR THE TASK): Think what activities could be organised. They should be feasible (e.g. good for building up links among participants; not offending; not too heavy on resources) Make a plan of these activities for those months (e.g. basketball match in June, mini Olympics in July…) List venues where such events could take place and/or the organisations/people that could lead them Most of all, the plan should be reasonable, thus consider such things as bond required between participants, continuity, weather…
