3. PERSONAL THREAT PROTECTION (PTII)
The Personal Threat Protection (PTII) vest is a level IIIa stand alone protection system with a total weight of 3.8 lbs including carrier.
The PTII was placed against a life-size curvilinear torso replica made of Perma-Gel. In this test, all shots were made at a perpendicular angle to the plate, with no oblique hits. All test shots were made from a range of 3 meters.

4. STRIKER SYSTEM (SAPI3) TEST
The Striker System (SAPI3) vest is a level III stand alone protection system with a total weight of 9 lbs. including carrier.
In testing, the plate was placed over a Level IIIa soft armor panel and secured against a life-size curvilinear torso replica made of Perma-Gel. In this test, all shots were made at a perpendicular angle to the plate, with no oblique hits. All test shots were made from a range of 3 meters. An average velocity of the ammunition from each box of the different cartridge types was previously calculated using an Oehler Model 35 chronograph and three Skyscreen II photoelectric screens placed at 2 foot intervals beginning 3 feet from the muzzle.

It is critical to be aware that this armor does NOT provide protection against 5.56 mm M gr FMJ “green-tip” ammunition

5. BREACHER SYSTEM (TAC3S) TEST
The Breacher System (TAC3S) vest is a level III stand alone protection system with a total weight of 19.4 lbs. including carrier.
This plate has defeated the following rounds shot at 10 feet with one 90 degrees perpendicular shot, two shots from 60 degrees obliquity and two shots from 30 degrees obliquity with a total of 5 rounds shot per type and a grand total of 20 rounds shot. STAND ALONE ARMOR

This single TAC3S plate amazingly defeated a grand total of 550 assorted rounds without any over penetration.
In yet another independent test an TAC3S was shot at 100 yards with:
2 rounds of .338 Lapua Mag 250 gr. solid copper Ruag Swiss P Tactical loads with 2665 f/s average velocity spaced approximately 2.5 inches apart.

The Heavy Armor (HA50) plate is a stand alone protection plate with a total weight of 13 lbs. at 12”X12”.
The HA50 was placed against a life-size curvilinear torso replica made of Perma-Gel. In this test, all shots were made at a perpendicular angle to the plate, with no oblique hits. All test shots were made from a range of 70 meters.

Plate has proven in many tests to hold the 1/8" from the edge from a .308 or 7.62 x 37mm (AK47). So when you are wearing a 10" x 12" AMI plate, you have that much ballistic protection. When you wear other plates, a 10" x 12" plate is really only offering you 8" x 10 of actual protection which is a significant loss of surface area that is protected

The Mobile Armored Shield (MAS) is engineered to be attached to the exterior of a vehicle or carried by an individual on foot as a defense against ballistic threats. The MAS meets NIJ Standard 0108 Level III ballistic resistance standards. Weighing only 14 pounds, the MAS-3815 is designed for tactical mobility. The integrated strap system allows the MAS to become an emergency stretcher.
For added flexibility and protection, multiple panels can be quickly and easily joined together to form an expanded barrier.
Although the MAS is offered in various custom dimensions and shapes, the typical size, 15 inches by 38 inches, is made from a material known as Dyneema, a super strong polyethylene fiber produced using a patented gel spinning process. This remarkable fiber is up to 15 times stronger than steel and is weight-for-weight 40% stronger than competing aramid fibers.
