Financial Analysis Corporate Filing
1. Valuation of assets reported in financial statements (including real estate, collateral loans, mortgages and other invested assets). 2. Actuarial analysis of property/casualty reserves. 3. Actuarial analysis of accident and health reserves. 4. Actuarial analysis of life reserves. 5. Real estate appraisals. 6. Analysis of sufficiency of asset/liability matching. 7. Cash flow and/or liquidity analysis. 8. Evaluation of financial forecasts and projections. 9. Evaluation of investment strategies/philosophies. 10. Analysis of reinsurance arrangements. 11. Analysis of complex surplus and/or liquidity improvement transactions. 12. Analysis of complex acquisition and/or merger transactions. 13. Evaluation of the terms and conditions of complex transactions where those transactions are subject to the prior approval of the Insurance Commissioner. 14. Valuation of subsidiaries and affiliated investments. “... the services performed by the pre-qualified consultants will ultimately be paid for by the insurance entity undergoing monitoring and/or seeking approval of the Department. “ PID is currently not assessing companies!
