Takes in a hospital, many public parks, and several strip malls of chain stores
Very clean and close to other cities
Several apartment complexes but mostly nice homes
Bad air quality – inverted air from the mountains makes for excessive air pollution
Bad road quality – salt and ice from the winters ruins the roads

4. People Mostly families
Fairly wealthy with doctors that work at the hospital nearby
Somewhat healthy. Few people seen outside exercising
Few minorities

5. Services Nearby major hospital
Several public parks within walking distance of each other
Public metro and bus systems
No bike lanes plus missing portions of sidewalks
Police constantly patrolling
Many Latter-Day Saints with other religions mixed in
Very nice public schools
Restaurants are mostly fast food chains

6. Economics Car dealership mall along the main road
Many people are employed at the local chain restaurants and medical centers

Large homes
Nice schools
Clean roads

Biggest concerns are:
Lack of people outside exercising
Missing sidewalks
Bad air quality
Excessive chain restaurants
Poor road conditions

The hospital seems to be the biggest community resource
Library located right off the freeway
Sporadic medical and emergency services found elsewhere
No easily identifiable community center or city hall

10. Summary/Reflections
Murray is a beautiful and fairly safe town. For the most part, it is an ideal situation for families and those looking to live in a quiet environment. Unfortunately, it lacks health understanding and constant physical fitness. There are also some dangerous road conditions with the salt and ice ruining the pavement each winter.
