9. Help!2 Training
Opportunity
Managing Anger in young people with
Asperger syndrome
This is a practical seminar that focuses on communication strategies and dealing with difficult behaviour. It also looks at dealing with your son’s/daughter’s anger and some coping strategies.
In this particular seminar we will not be covering physical interventions
The seminar is specifically aimed at those parents/carers with
children aged 8 – 16 years of age with a diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome or a child with an ASD who attends a mainstream school.
Monmouthshire County Council will be running a free Help!2 training programme over 2 days
later in the year (dates to be confirmed).
