2 GENERAL INFORMATION System Engineering Company s.r.o. was founded in 2005 and conducts its business in the field of machinery equipment modernization and overhaul repair, It also performs comprehensive supply of new equipment and metal-working instruments for industrial enterprises. One of our priority activities is overhaul repair and modernization of metal-working CNC lathes. All work is performed by experienced technicians at repair facilities based on the territory of the Czech Republic. Based on our long-term vast experience, as well as engineering bureau for modernization of lathes and our own technical base, we provide services for overhaul repair and modernization of CNC turning lathes, CNC grinding machines, milling machining centers and other metal-working equipment made by European and domestic manufacturers. Additionally, we offer for sale CNC lathes after overhaul repair and modernization, and provide after-sales service. Large base of previously used lathes allows us to perform overhaul repairs by using exchange method.            Specialists of our company are ready to provide advice in the selection of lathes and machining centers, as well as to supply fully-equipped production lines in accordance with the customer ‘s needs . 3 DESCRIPTION OF WORKS The lathe to be repaired will be completely dismounted. After discussion of damage and wear of individual main parts, the decision is taken with regard to their restoration or replacement for the new parts.            In the framework of the modernization process we perform repair of all mechanical parts of the lathe: regrinding of all guiding surfaces; ball screws spindles are repaired at the manufacturing plant, or replaced for the new ones and installed on the new bearings; all supports are grated adjusted to the required level of fineness; lathe spindle is repaired and after polishing and balancing the new bearings are installed; all old bearings are replaced with new ones; machining centers undergo the general repair of magazine and tool changing device; lathe turrets are dismantled, replaced with the new ones, and installed and fixed on the support; a new chuck is installed on the lathe; after cleaning and applying a new coating in the gear-box, all the bearings and irreparable parts (rolls, spur wheels, couplings) are replaced; hydraulic and cooling circuits are cleaned, repaired and sealed, a new hydraulic device is mounted on the lathe; new lubrication system is installed on the lathe; chip assembly line is demounted, cleaned, repaired and tested; electric wiring is demounted and replaced: electric devices in electrical distribution boards are replaced with the new ones and adjusted for integration of the new control system Siemens; electric drives are cleaned, inspected and/or repaired, replaced; feeding box drive and the principal electric motor are replaced with new Siemens electric drives; control panel is replaced with Siemens Sinumerik; the functioning of control panel is solved by placement of a new control panel on Rittal swing mount. Control panel is equipped with the new software for the lathe operation; two-component paint coating is applied on the lathe in accordance with customer’s ordered colour; as an option, it is possible to use CNC from Heidenhain or Fanuc.

Премиум SEMI-AUTOMATIC TURNING LATHE SPR63CNC AND SPR100CNC General technical parameters: SPR 63, 100 CNC are numerically controlled machines designed for external and internal roughing and finishing works on shafts and flanges components, as well as for thread cutting, boring, turning of cones and various shape rotation surfaces with 63 and 100 mm diameter respectively. The machines feature shear bed and one cross support on which a controlled turret with tool holders VDI 40 and VDI 50 is placed. The bed guiding areas are grinded and hardened, the counter-surfaces on bed slide are covered by slide substance. The machine MDW10 is a turning lathe with automatic tool interchange and it is designed for machining of details made of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals in a small-scale serial or serial production of separate workpieces such as flanges or from rods of diameter according to the parameters of the lathe. It can also be used for processing of external and internal cylindrical, conical and spherical surfaces, as well as for drilling and hole boring, tapping. The machine MDW10 features angled bed and one cross support on which a controlled 12-position turret. The headstock with gear box located on the left side allows operations in two ranges. Transportation of all moving parts, except for supply device and spindle rotation is carried out by hydraulic drives. Any utilization of the machine beyond the stated effective range, as well as any utilization of mismatching tools is considered to be a misuse. The customer is responsible for compliance with operating conditions, breakdown and maintenance of this machine, and such service and maintenance shall be carried out only by specially instructed technicians who were made aware of potential hazards.
