2 Customizing RSCP By customizing your setup, you can:
Modify many of the RSCP screens so they only display information that is useful to you Show or hide columns of data and resort the columns in RSCP Set up filters on the ‘My Workspace’ page Save your search criteria for a more targeted view of what you need to work Add or remove alerts Customization of screens only affects the user that made the changes, as the changes are for their User ID only. Customizations can be updated at any time. Changes can be saved as a default setting (use ‘Save as Default’), or just for the current working session (use ‘Update’). RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 4 Configurator This is one of several ‘Configurator’ icons in RSCP.
This icon can be found on list pages, order details and order schedules screens. Each Configurator table has different choices, depending on the available information in that screen. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

5 Configure the ‘Order Details’ Page
You can configure the header section or the PO schedules section of a PO details page separately. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

6 Example: Shipping Configuration
In the example below, you can see that a user focused on shipping could configure this screen to show buyer contact information at the top of the header section. For the line items, the most important data for this user was set up on the left to minimize scrolling (part number, request quantities and dates, ship to addresses etc.) RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 7 Customize Columns of Data
When you click a Configurator icon, another window appears, giving you options to change how data will appear on the screen. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

8 Remove Columns from View
To ‘hide from view’ any data fields that are not used: Select the data fields in the Right Table section Use the arrows to move the data fields to the Available columns section. Data fields can be moved back at any time. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

9 Change the ‘Left-to-Right Order’ for Columns
To change the left-to-right order of columns on the page: Select the data fields in the Right Table or Left Table section Use the up and down arrows to change the order of the data fields (first one listed is first column on the left etc.) RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

10 Change the ‘Sort Order’ for Rows
To change the sort order for rows (for example, by PO number or by date): Select the data fields to use for sorting in the Right Table section and copy them to the Sort Order section Use the up and down arrows to change the priority of how the data rows get sorted (sort first by X then by Y) The bottom icon for the Sort Order section changes the row order from ascending to descending RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 11 Save as Default To apply your changes and save them:

13 Configure the ‘My Workspace’ Page
You can filter My Workspace to only show rows that currently have counts greater than zero. If the icon is set with a slash through it, then any rows with a zero count are hidden. = show all rows, regardless of count value = only show rows that have a count > zero RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 15 Edit Display Preferences
By including just the categories you want to view, you can have a streamlined summary on ‘My Workspace.’ Unselect the items that you want to hide from view RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

17 Apply Filter on My Workspace
Use the filter icon by each section on My Workspace to set up filtering criteria for that section. You can use this “Apply Filter” function to filter to only display information you want to see. For example, you might only work certain locations. You can make changes under your User ID to only show the Raytheon locations that you support. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 18 Set Up Filter Criteria Set up filter criteria by identifying the information you want to see on your dashboard. In this example, we have selected certain Raytheon businesses and locations to include. Enter the ‘search’ criteria to be used for filtering When finished, click on ‘Save Portal Preference’ RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

21 Define Search Criteria to Be Saved
You can customize a search by filtering out all but targeted information that you want to search. In this example, we are identifying specific part numbers to review. Input the information (using asterisks for wildcards) Then click Save Note: Use commas to search for multiples values in one data field (i.e. Part Number 75*,43*,68*). 22 Name the Saved Search A dialog box appears that asks you to enter the name of your search. Enter a name (for example, ‘Electrical parts’) Then click the New button Then click Close RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. All Rights Reserved.

23 Select and Run the Saved Search
When you want to use this newly saved search: Click the arrow on the drop down box Select the Saved criteria you want to use (in this case, select ‘Electrical parts’) Then click Search to initiate the search. 25 Change First Page Upon Login
You can change the default screen you see when you login to RSCP. For example, you may want to always go directly to the My Workspace dashboard, or the ‘Create Invoice’ workflow. To change your home page: Navigate to My Profile  Change Home Page On the right side, select the page that you want to use as your home page Once you select a page, you will see a confirmation pop-up window Click OK to close the pop-up window RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 26 Add or Remove Email Alerts

27 Turn On/Off Email Alerts
Each user can turn on or off alerts. Categories where the check box is grayed out are mandatory, thus any Cancelled orders will always generate notifications. To change your alert settings: Navigate to My Profile  Alert Subscription Remove and add check marks to update your selections Click ‘Update’ to save the changes. RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC. 29 Change Font Size Each user can set the font size within the user interface to ‘large’ or ‘small’. The font size can be changed at any time by repeating the steps. To change your font size throughout RSCP: Navigate to My Profile  Alert Subscription, then click on the Collaboration Preferences tab Select a font size from the drop down list Then click the Update button RSCP: Copyright 2016 Exostar LLC.
