The TLC Story December 2002 The Vision Statement created that day:
Understanding life is a journey, our vision is to lead seekers and believers along life’s path into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Meeting in the basement of an office building, A full praise band with sound system, And 89 people in attendance

Building Cost Estimate $941,000.00, works to about $64/sq. ft. (about ½ of industry costs) Estimate for Audio/visual equipment, office furniture, auditorium chairs, etc. $200,000.00

Has tentatively approved TLC for $1.2 million Interest only for 18 months Additional programs to reduce interest rates TSF has requested a Letter Of Intent to start the closing process.

We have been advised to raise $200K, to reduce debt service. Lynn Fee is building a Capital Campaign team Leadership talking with members Pray for God’s wisdom on multiple levels
