How does Horizons Work? Hours of Learning are from 8:10 AM to 7:30 PM
The students who come to Horizons are credit deficient at the high school Mastery Learning- Every assignment must be done at 80% Students are able to take high school and technical school classes. They must complete all credit requirements required by the state of Missouri. The students who complete the requirements will receive their high school diploma and can participate in the graduation ceremony with the high school.

Spring Tea Students put on a Spring Tea with guidance from the staff.
The director invites all of our administration, school board members, community partners, parents and state and local officials to Horizons. The students will present Horizons to show their appreciation for the continued support of the this program. Enjoy the video from last years Spring Tea. Remember the students put this video together with the help of one of our partners.

Follow up to Video Credits Other ways to receive credit at Horizons
.5 credit for Lifeskills 1 credit for SUCCESS Night School- Independent Studies Work/Volunteer Program 2 credits a year for work experience 1 credit for summer work experience Graduation #’s We graduate around students every year. An average of 18% of the graduating class at Camdenton High School uses Horizons some way to graduate.
