Printing Instructions of WKF 340 - Sheet offset
Printing method: We recommend conventional offset printing. Printing by UV offset might cause feeding problem depending of the ink coverage. Ink: Use oxidative type offset ink. Normal paper offset ink can be used but the area of heavy ink coverage might cause solvent attack (waviness) on release liner. There is no effect on suction ability. Roll pressure: Set the roll pressure for 250 microns media. (WKF 340) Spray powder: Use 50% more powder than for coated paper. Fanning / Piling: When fanning and piling, do not bend to prevent from air trapping between the sheet and liner. Water / Ink balance: Use as little water as possible.

Printing Instructions of WKU 310 – UV Silkscreen
Printing method: Either UV silkscreen or conventional silk screen can be used for printing WKU 310. Ink: Use suitable ink for WKU 310 based on YUPO FPU ink list. For receiving the ink list, please contact YUPO Europe. Temperature: Avoid high temperatures when printing by UV as it can cause some curling or distortion. Handling / Piling: When handling and piling, do not bend to prevent from air trapping between the sheet and liner. 7

Converting Instructions
Full die cutting: Die cut from printing side, not suction side. Corners should be round to prevent tearing. Better to leave a small tag to separate the release liner. Half die cutting: Not suitable for sharp corner. Corners should be round to prevent tearing. Make the design as simple as possible. Release liner is very thin PE (30 microns), adjust the height of blade carefully by using spacer. Die cutting YUPOTako requests good die cutting experience. it is recommended to run some pre-tests. Die cutting plate must be constantly adjusted to ensure good quality.

Reason why YUPOTako is so popular in Australia
Experience in Australia Reason why YUPOTako is so popular in Australia Curious In Australia there are no competitors, which can stick and remove and stick again without any glue remaining. There are some sheets which can stick with static, but they can not be printed by offset printing machine. Advertising agencies and designers have been crazy for it. Easy handling There is no bubble during application, even if the shop keepers put it on the wall or window by themselves. Before having YUPOTako , they need to call the specialists to build up the big banners with adhesive. At the end, they can save their money. Full support from Dalton Papers (PaperlinX) They produced the promotional video for YUPOTako and spread it to their customers, such as advertising agencies, designers and printers by Electronic Direct Mail. See the video at: They also produced 4 kinds of unique samples and the sales team visited the customers with these samples, who replied the Electronic Direct Mail. At last, many sales people love YUPOTako and it is a boom at Dalton Papers.
