NCEPIAR-2017: Abstract Guidelines Deadline for submitting abstract: March 20, 2017 Please send your abstract to by 1. The abstract should be prepared in MS Word in .doc or .docx, Times New Roman font, 12 point for the main text and 16 point for the title on A4-sized page format. 2. Total printable word count should not exceed 350 words (excluding title, author names and address). 3. One figure may be included at the end of text (before references). Print quality figures with at least 600 dpi resolution should be used. Line drawings should have 1200 dpi resolution. 4. Abstract text title, author names, author address and images should be centered-aligned. The main abstract text should be justified. 5. Presenting author names should be underlined. Lab in charge faculty name should be marked with an asterisk (*). 6. address of presenting author and the lab in charge faculty should be provided. 7. Address should be italicized. 8. No need to write India in the end in the address . 9. References (up to 4) should be cited by numbers and squared brackets inside the text. They should be cited in the order of their occurrence. EndNote citations are preferred. 10. Reference list (up to 4 references) should be written in the end. They should be numbered with squared brackets and cited as follows: [1] C.R. Clemmer, T.P. Beebe Jr., Science 251 (1991) 640 Use italics for journal name, bold font for volume number and brackets for year of publication. After review process, author will be notified for oral or poster presentation
