Mission & Goals Mission: Enable information dominance for every Warfighter through information technology infrastructure modernization and lifecycle management of the Army’s CONUS Installation Campus Area Networks and Command Centers. Installation Capability Sets - CONUS Network Modernization - CONUS Command Centers 18A / WHCA Modernization APM CONUS FY 16 Projects Complete: One (1); Fort $27.7M FY 17 Projected to complete: Eight (8): Fort Detrick, Fort Hood (PH IIA), JBLM, JBM-HH, Fort Leonard Wood, Fort Meade (RT 175), Fort Riley (Hospital), Fort $83.3M APM NETMOD-C FY16: 10 $49.5M FY17: 23 $44.2M APM CC FY16 SCC- Two (2) sites: SOUTHCOM at $3.8M & $3M HSMCC- Four (4) sites: 1st ID, 3rd ID, 4th ID & 25th ID installations and 19 site surveys $21.6M FY17 SCC- Two (2) sites: SOUTHCOM continues & ANMCC pending 01 Dec 16 $3.4M HSMCC- Four (4) sites continue from FY16 & start six (6) sites in FY17 82nd ABN, 10th MTN, I Corps, III Corps, 1AD & 28th ID $29M.

APM CONUS sets conditions for NETMOD-C & CC
APM CONUS provides CONUS Army bases, posts, and stations with foundational Installation Capability Sets. APM CONUS Portfolio: Capabilities Sets Modernization Data Network: modernization the infrastructure required to provide the reliability, resiliency, and availability levels of service required to meet the non- assured and assured network service requirements. Outside Plant (OSP): modernize physical infrastructure (Facilities & Fiber) for a mixture of non-assured and assured capabilities Voice Network: CONUS Installation Migration & Integration to Unified Capabilities APM CONUS sets conditions for NETMOD-C & CC 5

APM NETMOD-C standardizes US Army Installation network architectures; and collapses more than 30 separate networks into a single Army network, enhancing network security. Portfolio: Network Modernization Upgrade ICAN to 10 Gb/s to the Edge Reduce Entry / Exit points to NIPRNET Consolidate 30+ Networks into a Single Network Enable Unified Communication Services Standardize Army Installation Campus Area Network Configurations Improve Content Management Move toward a Joint/Regional Network Management Construct APM NETMOD-C sets conditions for CC

APM CC enables Information Dominance for the Warfighter
APM Command Centers APM CC enables the Joint Warfighter and Mission Command Centers with emerging information technology and secure infrastructure systems, through lifecycle management, supporting Army Enterprise and Joint networks. Portfolio: Command Center Modernization Strategic Command Centers (SCC): Provides core C4I infrastructure funding for AOC-Pentagon, ANMCC-R, JSOC, SOUTHCOM to provide support to Army COCOM. Funding covers VTC, Data, Voice, Displays, AV equipment, Cabling, and Lighting. Home Station Mission Command (HSMCC): Perform an HSMCC Tech Refresh at select Command Centers. HSMCC is a suite of standardized capabilities utilized at Corps, Division and Theater Headquarters that allows expeditionary mission command (MC) during all operational phases. PdM-I3MP executed $61.6M in FY16
FY16 Accomplishments APM CONUS Completed 11 projects valued at $212.6M in FY15 Completed one Project Valued at $27.7M in FY16 Actively working 1 pre-award & 8 post award contracts valued at $87.1M in FY16-17 APM NETMOD-C Completed modernization at 22 bases; completed 10 surveys Preparation of 20 sites for FY17 modification 42% of the Army population was modernized at the end of 2015; upon completion of the funded fiscal year 2016 sites, the modernized Army population is forecasted to be 71% APM CC Completed 19 HSMCC site surveys (18 AC sites and 1 ARNG) Implementation at 4th, 25th, 1st, and 3rd serve as the initial test bed for future HSMCC sites Postured for FY17 HSMCC sites; engineering documentation complete Task Order Strategic Command Center (SCC) contract awarded to upgrade U.S. Southern Command crisis action center, BRIDGE, joint operations center, joint planning groups 1, 2 and 3 Continued installation of the Emergency Action Console (EAC) System at the Pentagon and COOP PdM-I3MP executed $61.6M in FY16

Vendors Total of Personnel that RSVPd = 153 *****The total number of Companies is 86. Out of the total of 86 companies 153 personnel have RSVP. We allow 2 Industry personnel per Company if they have two that can attend. 3. Total number throughout PEO including I3MP is 60 Total number of personnel attending to date: 238 Note: We have enough seating to accommodate about 112 more give or take because many of our I3MP personnel will be in the lobby for detail so there will be about 20 more vacant seats totaling 132 seats remaining as of today.
