Subgroups looked at 10 key functional areas identifying core questions Submitted Tenders Staff from SCURL Libraries assessed the bids & marked the submitted tenders Product Demonstrations 2 Days allocated per supplier, attended by evaluation team & interested observers

Lessons Learned Withdrawal of Suppliers Assumptions made about the maturity of products in the marketplace Non-Compliant Submissions Additional time required to conduct contract negotiations and resolve issues Number of Scored Criteria Issues arising for evaluation of submissions & scoring demonstrations
