Ability to configure alert mail format (txt/HTML).
Alert mail subject should be more descriptive of the problem (SDP Critical/Informational Alert from device).
Alert mail message should have a better description of the problem  (eg. the instead of just showing the FSC code).
Better description of STK Analysts work log on Alerts.
Receive a notification when an operation is executed by a STK Analyst on a device.
Ability to display the devices monitored by serial number or configured name.
Externalize statistics on type and number of errors per device/media.
Already reports are given access to CE’s but not the costumer?
