3 About Me My background has always been around the finance industry, but my passion was always centred around trading. Started trading shares at the age of 18. Worked in the trading, brokerage world at the Bank, Institutional and Retails level. Found Forex around 2009 as it connected with me best. Began searching for people who actually did it consistently.

4 I am a Price Action Trader
Trading Style I am a Price Action Trader

5 Trading Style Price Action is a way to analyse the market so you the trader can understand common market behaviours, price structures and patterns to be able to forecast future movements in price based on what you can see on a chart so you as a trader can achieve a higher rate of probability in your trading.

7 Trading Truths Reality is Trading is not easy, it’s a completely new mind shift from what we are taught as humans. We are here to learn how to extract money from the market To learn how to put probability more in our favour (confluence of factors) To become independent thinkers. We do not chase price. The market does not have to go in your direction for you to be profitable. By understanding price and connecting more with the market this can allow a trader to be able to make more informed trading decisions.

8 What I look for Search todays news calendar events. Top Down Analysis
Draw up major horizontal levels of Support & Resistance. Draw major Diagonal Trendlines. Locate and take note of the big figure numbers (the 00 numbers). Looks for local Liquidity Gaps. LASTLY search for local Price Patterns and Structures to base my trades off then utilize Inner Trendlines to execute.

9 Key Price Action Techniques
3 key aspects of price I look for everyday are the following, each one allows you to break down price. Liquidity Gaps Continuation and Reversal Price Patterns Inner Trendlines

10 Liquidity Gaps Liquidity Gaps refer to major shifts in Price (a price spike) once understood you will see them everywhere. We look for Liquidity Gaps to fill. Not all Liquidity Gaps fill but these gaps in price or thin liquidity pose more potential to fill at some later stage. What happens when you see a sharp spike in price are Inefficiencies created (not usual balanced price behavior) I take not of the price origin of the spike as this is a area that the drive took place and can be protected when price in the future comes back to this area. Especially when its in the direction of the underlying trend.

11 Examples of Liquidity Gaps

12 Examples of Liquidity Gaps
“Where do you place your stop-loss and how do you trail your stop?”

13 Continuation and Reversal Patterns
Everyone can learn what a pattern is, but as the markets change so does the way you need to apply them. 2 patterns I use everyday are: 1 - Head and Shoulders. 2 – Double Top or Bottom.

14 “What is your exit strategy?”
Head and Shoulders “What is your exit strategy?”

15 Insert bullets/ charts/ whatever is relevant
Head and Shoulders Insert bullets/ charts/ whatever is relevant

16 “When would you scale-in or out of a trade?”
Head and Shoulders “When would you scale-in or out of a trade?”

17 Insert bullets/ charts/ whatever is relevant
Double Top or Bottom Insert bullets/ charts/ whatever is relevant

18 “How do you manage your positions around news events?”
Double Top or Bottom “How do you manage your positions around news events?”

19 Inner TrendLines Inner Trendlines are Trendlines drawn on the inside of price. Most people are taught to draw trendlines from the outside of price, for example 2 highest highs or 2 lowest lows. Difference is the amount of direct hits these lines receive, The more hits the stronger the lines becomes once broken to declare a direction. Allows a trader to find precise entry points that can put more probability on your side and areas for price to accelerate from.

20 “How do you determine your position size?”
Inner TrendLines “How do you determine your position size?”

21 Insert bullets/ charts/ whatever is relevant
Inner TrendLines Insert bullets/ charts/ whatever is relevant

22 The Three Most Important Things
1. Having an in depth knowledge of price action. 2. Study the charts and internalise the experience (Can’t buy this). 3. Trading involves losing money so you must accept this a know that no one knows where the market is going to go.
