1 Client: SpaFinder Objective: Build membership club that would extend the Luxury SpaFinder Magazine brand and further monetize the website. Solution: DJA developed an online membership club, Platinum Club Spa, which celebrated and promoted the Luxury Spa lifestyle. Members received exclusive previews, product offers and discounts. Mechanics: Platinum Club Spa members received a gift with purchase, which included Luxury SpaFinder Magazine and Annual Spa Directory, partner products, discounts on Luxury Spafinder Magazine gift subscriptions and their yearly directory. New members received an automatic entry into a sweepstakes, where they could win a trip for two to an upscale luxury Spa. Members could earn additional sweepstakes entries for each friend they referred to the Club. Services Provided: DJA developed the program structure, beta tested offers during launch, created and hosted website, designed gift packaging, gift warehousing, management and fulfillment and sweepstakes administration.
