LOCAL SALES REPORTING Reconciliation Sell Through Performance Reports
Your Local Ad Ops Coordinator will provide full reconciliation reports upon the close of the month to ensure contracts meet goals and if under-deliveries require make goods for following flights to follow Reconciliation Sell Through reports are provided for current and next month to provide insight into the areas of inventory that have availability. This offers the ability to further monetize on the unsold inventory Sell Through Performance Reports show an over arching report as to how your current campaigns are performing. REPORTS :FORECASTED Future Sell-Through Reports provide transparency into your direct sales efforts, to see what is or is not sold. You can breakdown and filter your report to see exactly what area of inventory you are looking for, if not your entire network. This report allows better inventory management. CHECKING INVENTORY Check Availability feature allows you to forecast and confirm if ad inventory is available based on parameters or targeting criteria set. NOTES You can use this feature to confirm a saved line item is slated to reach its goal; and if not, to determine what changes to settings or targeting could increase availability The forecasting numbers only take standard and sponsorship line items (guaranteed line items) into account when determining forecast or allocation Guaranteed line items with a status of “Paused” or “Draft”, as well as line items with no creatives, can also be reserved impressions STEPS DFP > Delivery Enter Inventory Sizes (e.g. 300x250, 300x600) Select Line Item Type Enter flight dates Quantity (Max available) Apply Targeting Click ‘Check Inventory’ Forecast will appear

PRIORITY CODE METHODS & POLICY
It is important for stations to adhere to the Sinclair Digital policies set below. These policies will lead to better monetization and operations of Sinclair’s digital products. INVENTORY All campaigns are subject to delivery upon available inventory Prior to submission of order, station should ensure the inventory is available for all verticals in question MAKE GOOD Local Make Goods should be submitted to Manager, Yield & Local Operations Agency Make Goods should be submitted to Director, Digital Solutions SHARE OF VOICE POLICY {ALL} Web sponsorships that exceed 80% SOV within a particular section or sub-section within News Sites must be geo-targeted All web SOV sponsorships must be limited by DMA unless content or section is a station initiative One-day sponsorships (i.e. Takeovers and Wallpapers) do not apply to SOV rule PRIORITY CODE LEVEL Priority Codes are determined by the 2017 rate card Rates are defined as Gross Priority Codes will not be adjusted, unless approved by COO, VP of Sales, or Manager, Yield & Local Operation
