22 Day 4 – Map Work Complete the questions for each map in the map powerpoint. Use the Map Exercise Questions Complete the “Lay of the Land” discussion sheet.

23 Day 5 – Myth, Mindset and Encounters
How does myth create world view? How did the world views of the different groups coming together in NC create challenges to understanding one another? View creation myth cycles ( ) for three groups and complete the myth chart. Cherokee = Iroquois European = Old Testament African = Yoruba Hwk: Write a 1-3 page narrative story (in the next page of your INB) of an encounter between at least 2 people, each from one of the different groups we’ve looked at. How would they see the world differently? How would they communicate with one another having such different world views?
