5 ServiceWorks is a low-barrier, NO FAIL job-training program
People with barriers to stable employment – high school through older adults 90-hour program focuses on transferable work skills: Quality of Work Efficient Use of Time Relationship with Supervisors Relationship with Peers In essence, ServiceWorks teaches the skill of problem solving Regular Feedback and Evaluations Outreach - continual onboarding ServiceWorks participants working in greenhouse

6 After graduation, we: Work with over 80 employers; Assist with job placement; Offer transitional employment opportunities as appropriate Have graduates mentor others; Provide two years of aftercare services to placements

Progress as of July 2016 # of Participants Placements in Aftercare 90/125 employed = 72% success rate (calculated on 2 yr rolling basis) Over 220 supported placements Placements include transitional employees *Difference is due to individuals leaving early for jobs or other reasons
