2. What is CSEC?
Connecticut State Employees’ Campaign (CSEC) is the only charitable giving program authorized for payroll deduction for State of Connecticut workers.
It is directed by a committee of appointed State employees.
The Campaign is governed by State Regulations.
The Campaign provides a means for you to donate to charity through the ease of the payroll deduction program.

3. How will My Contribution Help?
CSEC provides critical services to individuals and families who are greatly in need.
My giving encourages others to give.
My contribution will help raise awareness for non- profit local, national, and international charities.

4. Who will Benefit?
There are nearly 700 charitable organizations, that focus on worthy causes.
Each approved charity meets specific standards that have been reviewed by members of the State Employees’ Campaign Committee.
