SITUATION
The Ministry of Justice and Security of the City of Buenos Aires needed to send videos to its institutional websites and TV channels. However, the bandwidth required for its high-quality recordings and simultaneous download demands choked its datacenter and made its video transmissions defective and tedious. The Ministry looked to Ctrl365 for a solution that would offer high-fidelity video transmission and ease the strain on datacenter resources.

SOLUTION
Ctrl365 developed Media365 for the Buenos Aires Ministry. Media 365 is a video portal hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform that offers the Ministry low-cost, reliable, and scalable Azure Storage for its videos. In addition to storage, Media365 uses premium Azure Media Services for on- demand and live video streaming with integrated Content Delivery Network capabilities, Azure SQL Database to maximize performance and reliability, Azure Active Directory for identity and access management, and Azure Web Sites Platform-as-a-Service for deploying content and code.
