Here is some highlights of the new TA Voucher:
The service member now can use the digital signature feature.
The GI Bill option for using Top-up is now identified if used.
The SSN has been removed, now the member has the option to list their DoD ID, Student ID number or whatever ID method the institution may need in the fillable blank ID space.
The EAOS has been added to allow institutions to use the TA document to establish remaining length of service.
The Compliancy statement was updated and authorizes grade releases and degree completion notification.
