Individual timetables from the school Information for Candidates Mobile Phone Numbers SCHOOL RULES Full school uniform must be worn at all times YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY TO THE EXAM HALL IN INCORRECT UNIFORM Each candidate is responsible for providing the materials they need for an examination: pens, highlighters, calculators, maths sets You may not, under any circumstances, leave early

Concert Hall: Morning exams 8.35am - afternoon exams pm If you are late for an examination? - Contact school - Do not use or bring your mobile phone or web enabled device CLASHES Clashes have been resolved if you are unclear ask after this assembly ACCESS ARRANGEMENTS Concert Hall and then STRAIGHT to appointed room

4 There are severe penalties for malpractice
EXAMINATION SECURITY There are severe penalties for malpractice The following things are considered forms of malpractice: Writing or drawing obscene material Talking and disrupting others - even before you start is regarded as cheating Distracting or attempting to distract others. ANY distraction in the exam hall is logged. Put no questions regarding an examination to Invigilators In your own interest - make sure you have filled in all the details on the front page of your answer booklet Make sure you have handed in all your answers - there is no such thing as rough paper

5 Calculators with the following facilities are prohibited:
Data banks Dictionaries Language translators Retrieval of text or formulae Built-in symbolic algebra manipulation Symbolic differentiation or integration Capability of remote communication Check with your teacher well before your exam if you are unsure about your calculator

6 IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM
Read the warning notices, especially regarding unauthorised material or equipment: possession of these can result in disqualification YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED: Calculator cases and instruction leaflets Bags, jackets, Pencil cases (unless transparent) Personal audio equipment and particularly MOBILE PHONES (even if switched off) or smart watches Labelled water bottles EXAMINATION DESKS Each desk will have a card showing your candidate number and name – this must not be defaced and will be collected after every exam Desk positions will change for each session

7 IN THE EXAMINATION ROOM cont
Always check you have the correct examination paper and write in black ink Do your rough work on examination stationery or the question booklet Carefully follow instructions about filling details on the answer booklet, particularly if asked to indicate on the front which questions you have answered Remember an examination is still in progress until all the scripts have been collected and you have left the room Additional answer sheets should include all relevant details and be inserted in your answer booklet at the end of the exam
