2 Program Description LBC Kakampi Program is designed to assure the outgoing OFWs that in LBC is part of their journey, no matter where they are. In this journey, LBC has created different initiatives that will make their hard-earned money be more valuable, thus further closing the gap between them and their families. LBC Kakampi is intended to be a global members-only club, exclusive to those who will avail of the kit here in the Phils, and to a limited number of loyal customers. Program Objectives: Penetrate 3% of the total deployed OFWs. Generate incremental revenue from international sending sales. Generate incremental revenue from cross-selling of LBC products to partners in the program. Build strong equity LBC brand to global OFW market.

One of the most credible organizations globally that OFWs will strive to be a member of, from any part of the world because of its specific benefits and offers, not only for them but also for their families here. Will provide more meaningful partnerships that will further assist and guide OFWs on their journey, not only for the OFWs who went through the PDOS sessions but those who are already in the Origins. 17 CUSTOMER AVAILMENT PROCESS – PICK UP
Customer will call CCM to request for Pick up Customer will inform CCM about the Discount Voucher Vistra 2 - CCM will ask the voucher code and tag the discount code Vistra 1 - CCM will note in the remarks field the discount voucher CCM will perform the booking process. Inform Customer the Booking Reference Number and notify customer to present LBC Plus card and the voucher during pick up Scheduler consolidate the booking schedule and note the discount (if any) prior turn over the pick-up manifest to PDA. Pick up driver visit customer place to pick up the box Asks for LBC Plus Card and the discount voucher PDA will peel off sticker voucher, apply discount and process the transaction. If customer failed to show LBC Plus and voucher proceed to next step PDA collects the payment. PDA hand over the PL and tracking number to customer and collects the box. PDA turns over all collected boxes for the day to Warehouse. Warehouse associate to scan all PL and send to GPT for posting GPT to tag the transaction using the attached discount code

18 CUSTOMER AVAILMENT PROCESS – WALK IN (Branch)
Customer will visit the Branch to drop off the Balikbayan Box Customer will inform CCM about the Discount Voucher Branch associate ask for LBC Plus card and the discount voucher. Branch associate will peel off sticker voucher, apply discount and process the transaction otherwise proceed to next step Branch Associate collects the payment. Branch Associate hand over the PL and tracking number to customer. Branch Associate turns over all box acceptances for the day to Warehouse. Warehouse Associate to scan all PL and send to GPT for posting. GPT to tag transaction using the attached discount code.
