6 Motivation If a pretty picture and a cute saying are all it takes to motivate you, you probably have a very easy job – the kind robots will be doing soon.

Leadership Capacity – 7 Critical Components to Assess Style – how you want to lead and how you actually do Potential – recognize your limitations and your reach Skills – communication, bringing others together Qualities – work ethic, leading by example, compassion Traits – punctuality, humility, accepting Competencies – education, experience, training Effectiveness – meet timelines, guide others, reach goals

12 Leadership capacity building
The best way to build leadership capacity is to gain respect of those you interact with No one is entitled to respect – especially those who demand it! Leaders must earn respect Earning respect is dependent on how you treat others Important to note that respect can be earned by people at all levels of your organization
