Objectives:
Improved sharing of Health Information to improve the citizen's experience of care and support business transformation

Social Care information now exchanged daily and on demand

Nottingham looking to move at significant pace to support the STP (Technology Enabled Care is a high impact area)
LDR is an opportunity to finance some of the integration work (at least up front and initial running costs)
