4-H Tailgating Contest October 2nd & 3rd
At least 5 people to get together anytime this week or next week to put together 40 14” Weber Grills which currently are in the meat lab trailer At least 5 people to help set up 25 or so tables, position grills, unload stuff, etc. on Friday afternoon Oct 2 from 2:30-5 pm at the Straughn At least 15 people to help supervise 4-Hers and facilitate safe cooking and to help serve food on Sat morning Oct 3 from 8:30-11 at the Straughn At least 5 people to help serve food on Sat morning Oct 3 from 11:30-1 at the Straughn
