Your responsibilities: Know and abide by classroom expectations Know important quarterly dates & deadlines Student Progress – keeping your GPA above 2.0 Zero Tolerance for Discrimination and Harassment Student Conduct: Maintain high standards of academic and personal honesty and integrity Respect the rights of others Refrain from actions which would interfere with campus functions or endanger the health, safety, welfare or property of others Comply with district rules and regulations, as well as civil authority & laws FERPA – your privacy rights and protections

Test-taker demonstrates some of the same skills that are taught in college-level courses.   GED® College Ready ( ) Test-taker passed and showed the skills needed to be successful in college or a job (college- and career-readiness level). GED® Passing Score (145–164) Test-taker passed and showed the same skills as a graduating high school senior. Below Passing ( ) Test-taker did not pass and needs to study more and retake the test.

22 GOAL SETTING ACTIVITY In this activity, you will introduce yourself your classmates. Schedule a breakfast, lunch, and dinner meeting with three different people. Be sure to write each person’s name in the planner.

As a student at North, you have a lot of services and resources available to you. (CLICK) Such as Disability Services and accommodations, Counseling, and childcare services. We offer tutoring and eLearning assistance. As well as a gym to let off some steam after that big exam or presentation, clubs and events to get involved with, and sustainability initiatives and activities to improve our campus. There is a list of our services, along with the websites for each, located in your NSO folder. While I don’t have the time to go into detail about each, we will see/stop by several of these departments and offices on our campus tour. (TRANSITION TO NEXT SLIDE) Student Services and Resources

ABE students are required to meet with Advisor Shan Lackey to create a quarter by quarter plan of all the classes they will take to complete their high school credential and transfer to college courses.
