Tresa Eyres is a training guru with more than 25 years helping clients improve their productivity and profitability through expertly designed custom learning programs that get everyone focused on the right things and then taking the right actions. Tresa founded Eyres Consulting in 1995 ( Her client list includes Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of industries, as well as large and small businesses, Independent practitioners, and non-profit organizations. Key Accomplishments As corporate employee, managed teams on projects for IBM, Bank of America, National Association of Realtors®, Marketing Research Corporation of America (MRCA), and Research Technology International from 1982 to 1995. As team lead and consultant with Bank of America’s Advisory Services Division, worked on financial services projects in Istanbul, Turkey between 1995 and 2001. Lived and worked in Singapore, R.S. from Co-author of three business books based on SNAPPTM, the proprietary repeatable and sustainable five-step project approach to getting the right results.
