Why Electrical Engineering???
The main reason why I want to be an electrical engineer is because ever since I was little I have been fascinated by how things work toys, phones, planes, etc… I always loved to just question everything I see whether that would be why we take cars everywhere instead of airplanes or why we even go to school. But back to the main point I wanted to be some sort of engineer but I couldn’t figure out what kind of engineering I wanted to do but then I realized my big love for everything that uses electricity like my toys or electronics so then I realized at that moment that the job I wanted to be was an electrical engineer because that combined my love for electricity and learning how things work.

Short S.M.A.R.T Goals S – I want to graduate high school by working hard, studding and making sure all my assignments are handed in on time and with effort M – Each test and assignment I want to see a B or higher because the higher my grades are the higher chance I have of getting into a collage of my choice. A – I think that if I set my mind to it I can most certainly achieve this goal because I have gotten all B’s in the past so it is definitely possible R – this Goal makes scene because the higher my grades are, the higher chance I have of getting into a good university so I can study what I want to study from the people who specialize in engineering T – By the end of high school I want to have a GPA of at least 80% to get into a good university

Long Term S.M.A.R.T Goals S – I want to go to UBC and study electrical engineering M – First to become an electrical engineer you need to complete a year of engineering and then a second year of undergraduate studies after I complete those I will move into electrical engineering A – All in need to get to the program is to graduate high school with a 76% average and complete one year of engineering and another year of undergraduate studies R – this goal makes scene because this would be a job that I would be happy with and I will do whatever it takes to achieve it. T – by the end of high school I want to graduate with a average of 76%+ and do the extra schooling that it will take to get into electrical engineering

Attributes, Money and years of schooling
To get into ubc you need to stand out from the pack you the university needs to look at you first when they look at everyone because programs fill up fast and if your application isn’t impressive then you will not be picked first To get into the electrical engineering class you need to be good at math, science and need to be good at solving problems and wireing Yearly wage – For experienced = $143,000 and for Low experienced it would be = $60,000 per year Years of schooling = 2-4 in university
