Fruit and vegetables What can you see here?
Eat at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables every day.

Potatoes, bread, rice, pasta and other starchy carbohydrates
What starchy foods can you see here? Have a starchy food with every meal. Try wholegrain varieties, e.g. wholemeal bread, wholegrain cereal.

Beans, pulses, fish, eggs, meat and other proteins
