 Make sure you have a chapter or committee that is "committed" to helping as it will take a lot of time to handle this from answering phone calls, s, depositing money, accounting of the money
Estimate how many tickets you need to print and if you need to print more how difficult is that to get more printed including cost and shipping to the chapter handling sales

4. Tickets and Brochures:
Make sure the wording is correct for your local gaming laws
Do not assume mailing a brochure will do it. This helps but the internet is really easier to contact potential buyers.
Take Statewide raffle brochures to all functions where your represent RMEF. Drop off at retail shops that help us out, archery shops, sporting good store, friends offices, etc.

State if they want their tickets sent to them, then send a self-addressed stamp envelope.

6. Some of the cons and problems:
Sometimes we cannot send information to other chapters across the country due to their gaming law.
Some states might not want to you prospect their members. Sharing member lists is good if the gaming laws are in line.

Sell this to your committees, let them use this to substitute for a game.
They have a raffle/game at no cost and they get credit for the ticket sales for their banquet!

13. Network with other State Chairs, have a conversation with your RD’s
