Zoning Concept Summary Environmental Resiliency/Sustainability: All buildings constructed in SPC should follow LEED standards, employ state-of-the-art mechanical systems, and generate a given percentage of their power from renewable sources. Affordability: A third of residential units in SPC must be affordable at 80-85% AMI (for rentals) or 90-95% of median sales price.
