4. What about scheduling reports for a group?
First of all, I’m so glad you asked!
Administrators or designated end users can also create GROUP Pinned Reports and send them out, in any interval, frequency and format, to members of your FAST Groups!

5. Common challenges in de-centralized reporting needs:
Your external user groups need access to data in FAST in a specific, formatted report
Your de-centralized staff may not have access to FAST or may lack the expertise to build their own Pinned Reports
Fund/Orgn security is still enforced where applicable
Solution:
Create the reports centrally and circulate on-demand and on schedule
Ensure that the reports are crafted perfectly and there is no margin for error
Users only see what they would have access to in the system

Schedule a File Share to drop your report to a shared network drive
Great way to allow team members access to the same data
Great way to create and save a static snapshot of historical data over time OR over-write the report each week with a new version!

9. Changes since The Scheduler was introduced!
We have added Detail Logs and Admin level summary reports (let’s take a look!)
We track the run-time (in seconds) of each scheduled event!
We store each attachment for as long as you decide (config setting)
If there is no data to draw, the will be sent to each recipient and let them know
As your final scheduled event is sent to a group, a notification will let you know so that you can re-schedule if you need to!
